• in addition to the product manufacturers warranty, PBA provides a warranty on the product and workmanship for one year from the date the project is completed

Do you provide the concrete work?

• Yes, we are capable of permitting and installing the complete job. We offer concrete slabs, brick pavers, and concrete block knee walls.

What are the major advantages of the Elite roof versus the pan roof system?

• the Elite roof system is an insulated system up to 6" thick providing better protection from the heat and hail. The panels are also more sturdy. You can actually walk on them.

Are your enclosures hurricane proof?

• Unfortunately, no one can truly say their enclosures are hurricane proof. However, our enclosures are designed to meet, if not exceed, the current State of Florida and your local municipality building codes.

• Yes, we do offer a 20/20 screen that is a tighter knit weave of screen. However, the tighter the weave the less amount of breeze you will get through the screen. And unfortunately, this screen will not totally keep out the "no see'ems".
